    1 on 1 Sessions are designed to meet individuals goals whether it’s to improve all aspects or wanting to work on staying sharp and focus on specific areas of their game.

  • Small Group Session

    Designed to bring out the best in each individual, our sessions focus on refining fundamental skills, optimizing movement efficiency, and enhancing decision-making abilities. (4 Players)

  • Performance Session

    Athletes will improve their physical abilities while working alongside like-minded individuals’s, while competing and supporting one another's growth. (4-6 Players)
